Rocca di Frassinello has 500 hectares, of which only 83 are vineyards to preserve and protect biodiversity in the name of environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the winemaking process takes place by gravity to preserve the grapes and save energy which is largely supplied by a photovoltaic system built to cover the cellar parking lot.
